Many people can potentially benefit from a flexible work schedule. For example, take the following examples. Bob’s elderly mother is recovering from hip replacement surgery. He wants to be able to take Bob with physical therapy from 4:00 to 5:00 a week. “I made it as late as possible – can’t you work soon?” She asks.
